All right the deal is here:

You refer members and you will get the following rewards:

Number	Reward
5	2 Additional Karma
10	Custom Made Signature
15	A Custom Title
20	An art peice of your Character
25	10 Additional Karma

Now of course there is some rules to this

For starters the person you referred MUST pm me with your name on the board
You will not get your reward until the referred member has also posted at least 3 times.

So, let the referring begin
