All right say hello to Blue XVI, aka Blue 16. Yes he's a Horagion, aka a hybrid of a Horse a Dragon and a Lion. No this ISN'T a natural combination and it has been created by extensive genetic alteration and DNA splicing. Yes he CAN talk.
He has the power over Water and Lightening. He can also attack with two different magic in one turn.
